My dream in the year of the tiger

My dream in the year of the tiger is simple.. it's the same dream I have for almost 10 years but it never happened. Basically

I WANT TO TURN FROM THIS....

TO THIS....

TO THIS...

AND FINALLY TO THIS.....

... and keep it that way from the rest of my life. I want this more than anything in this world.. DESPERATELY!!!

Happy tiger year everyone.

The apple looks fatter than the watermelon =.=

Anyway, u noe last few months i kept saying i wan to lose weight? I'm now back to the weight I was b4 I moved to Kampar.. I think the most important thing in dieting is to understand ourselves, from our attitude to our eating habits.

Gaining weight means we eat more than we need in sense of how much energy the food provides. When we have excess, a normal body would keep them as energy reserve. So we have to keep track of how we eat and where does the excess calories come from. Like me, I'm a rice tong =p Since I cut down on rice and other complex carb tat I so naturally eat to feel full like bread, noodle and biscuits, I can result really quickly. So if u eat a lot of junk food and all those, u just need to cut down on those or replace them with healthier choice. Cutting calories intake is much much much more easier than using them up by working out =p

An important thing when we wan to lose weight is our attitude. We must love ur body and believe we really can do it. My weight didn't budge a bit when I was stuck in the mindset tat I was fat, fat and fat eventhough I go jogging regularly. After tat I stopped being so self conscious and just tried to accept my body the way it was, miracle happened! Hahaha.. I find some helpful tips here >> http://www.emedicinehealth.com/slideshow_lose_weight_without_dieting/article_em.htm

Lastly, a woman is most sexy when she is confident! Remember tat u're beautiful inside out and no one can take tat away. Good luck!!! Love ya muaks!

Very sensible. I agree that it's much easier to reduce intake than try to burn it off. Calori is everything. Eat celery - thats more calories to chew than it contains. Cucumber - another appetizing food to damp down the hunger but does not have calories. But the down side is that they don't have vitamin, minerals or protein either. But once or twice a week of chicken or fish provides more than enough protein for human being already. The rest of the vitamin and mineral should get from fruits and vegetables.
