A star laid to rest

Yasmin Ahmad, 51, an award winning director passed away last night at 11.45 p.m.. I received the news first thing after waking up. I remember dreaming about one of her advertisement when I was asleep and I walking out of the cinema crying. She is always a person who I admire a lot, and I thought I could at least meet her, or talk to her or even work with her once in my life time. Sepet, Gubra, Mualaf, Talentime are the few famous films from her and have been inspirations for many local and overseas directors. I am truly sad for the lost.
