Winter Honeymoon X'mas

My hubby and I went to Genting Highland 2 weeks ago to have our first official honeymoon. It is always the best time to go to that place in a year. Since there's no winter and snow in Malaysia, the cold weather on the peak is the best we can get.

First we had a bad start for the trip. We missed our morning bus up to Genting and we had to wait for almost 2 hours to get into the bus that drove us up. Both of us were just frustrated and dehydrated. All of time we were just trying our best to control our temper. This time we took the Genting bus straight up to the peak because the cable car was under maintenance. The driver of the bus was driving up the hill with 20 km/h speed. Imagine the patients we had... -_-

We reaches the peak just on time for the check in. We walked our way to our apartment and settle in. The cooling weather seems to turn our grumpy mood up. Christmas ornaments and jingles tunes were everywhere, plus the continuous rain that freeze us up every time we walked outdoor, just like how Christmas should be.

The beautiful Christmas lighting and decorations just made me so highly jumpy.

No snow. But lights were everywhere.

Even on top. Especially to me who likes to look up to the roof. My favorite view.

Due to the tight budget, we did not go to the theme park this time. Therefore the whole day was only walking around First World Plaza and snapping photos there.

Dreamy photos... We'll never get sick of taking photos together.

Weird enough, all our pictures look dreamy naturally. Just like it happened in a dream. The day ended perfectly. We cook our own dinner in our apartment that night and chat our hearts out till late night. I actually felt closer with my hubby despite the emotional roller-coaster we went through the whole time.
