Chillin at Starbucks

I am wasting my time at Starbucks today, waiting for my boyfriend's class to end. I always thought Starbucks is seriously over charging the people but I wander somehow people will still go and spend more than 10 bucks just for a cup of coffee. I mean you can easily drink up to almost 5 cups of Kopi-O-peng in a coffee shop near your house and 5 times more cafine in your blood for the same amount of money. I was such a noobie as this is the first time I've been to Starbucks. Okay... it's pretty lame, but I didn't really had a need to hang out in these places before. I stood in front of the counter for so long and tried to figure out all the fancy names of all types of coffee and drinks available there. OMG.. that was one embaressing moment. However, the lovely casher -- Sherrie introduce this non cafine drinks called the 'Chocolate Cream Chip'. It is really nice. Not like the usual chocolate milk we drink, nor like any cold milo, it is smooth and not too sweet at all. Just suit my taste nicely. Moreover the chips added is just a compliment to the drink as it added a just lil something to for you to munch on, just like biting sugar bits in cream. I just love the taste of the drink, so ticklish yet exciting. Now I know why loyal fans of Starbucks exist, even I still feel 15 bucks for a cup of drink is too much, besides I get to use their sofa, wireless internet and electricity for 5 hours. Plus I get to listen to the classic Christmas songs here since its kinda near to the holiday season now. Just reminds me of the time when I went to Australia last Christmas. Just so.... oversea. Hmm... what can I say. It is just a different experience drinking or lepaking here. At least I don't have to walk around the same old mall oevr and over again. =)
