Heaven in Taiping

I've taken some cool picture in Taiping. Each gives different feeling. Thank goodness my camera phone is fixed now.

A nice old building taken from a back line in the small town.
View from Taiping lake garden. Bukit Larut is just few miles away.

Food is the all time favorite there. Fish ball fried noodle (Hu Wan Cha Kuew Tweo) is a must have, which you can't find it somewhere else.

Food is so cheap over there. It's less than 3 bucks in total for a bowl of delicious Curry Mee and a glass of ice barli. I don't remember the last time I see a 2 bucks noodle selling in KL. The cheapest I remember was RM 2.20 and that was long long time ago.

Birds on a wire. This view is getting rare in big city like KL. I guess the birds left because of the air pollution here.
Old window frames. Always gets me thinking. How would my life be if I was born in those times. Living in these houses. Wearing cheong sam and smoking long cigarettes with the olden make ups on my face.

The roof of my late grandma's kampung house. I took this when I was looking up before sleeping. I miss my grandma around. I used to hate her snoring. But I guess what left now is only the dimmed orange light and the silent nights.

Even the sunlight here looks brighter and cleaner. Everything can be so simple and peaceful. I can live like this forever.

Me and my baby nephew. Everyone is so easy to get close. Even a baby. I want my holiday to be longer. Hate to rush for life again.
